Our business evolved out of pure and simple common sense. We started with the humble crab cake, loved globally (the Americans can’t get enough), but so far disappointing to the UK consumer. We made it our job to produce crab cakes that the British people deserved. The Cracking Crab Cake was born. It’s not just cracking because we say it is either. We know that everything in our crab cakes, is quite simply better, sourced and produced like cracking food should be.

We didn’t stop at the cracking crab cake, we have taken our cracking ethos to a multitude of other products. However some things never change, cracking food is quite simply cracking.
